Comments received throughout the EIS process will be considered in developing the Draft and Final EISs. While all comments will be considered, comments submitted during the scoping process and Draft EIS review period will be reflected in project documentation. Comments received during the scoping process will be summarized in the Draft EIS. Comments received during the specified Draft EIS review period will be included along with responses in the Final EIS.
